1. Business analyses for corporations including definition, improvement and maintenance of business processes, corporate procedures and administrational tasks;
2. Advisory services for re-structuring and re-organization of corporate organizations in order to improve internal processes, customer relationships, internal/ external communication with the goal to optimize and reduce corporate overhead costs;
